Registration Process

You will be asked to log in using your JACoW username and password to register for the conference. If you have attended, exhibited at, or submitted an abstract to a member conference of JACoW, you should already have a profile.

If you do not have such a profile, or have forgotten your username, signing up is easy; just click the link below and follow the instructions under “Are you a new user?” JACoW Central Repository User Profiles.

Prior to registering, please confirm that the data in your JACoW profile is up to date, especially your e-mail address and affiliation.

Access for remote delegates will be limited to the oral presentations including the WISE session throughout the conference week via a bespoke LINAC2022 conference app.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Any changes and cancellations must be communicated in writing to the LINAC2022 Local Organizing Committee at LINAC2022@stfc.ac.uk. For cancellations, pre-paid registration fees are refundable less a £100 processing fee if notification of cancellation is received in writing by 31st July 2022. Cancellations after 31st July 2022 will result in forfeiture of the entire registration fee; however, a substitute registrant will be accepted. This policy also applies to companions. Refunds may be granted for no-shows under extenuating circumstances at the sole discretion of the LINAC2022 organizers. Refunds will be made by credit card, check or bank transfer, depending on the original payment method. This policy also applies to extra tickets for outings and social functions.

Please do not send sensitive information by e-mail such as bank account, credit card, driver’s license, identity card or passport numbers. Such information should be submitted only through the secure registration website or mail.
